Self Defence
Our self defence sessions are designed to give everyday public the skills and knowledge to help you when faced with a situation you may have to defend yourself from.

These sessions are designed by instructors with large backgrounds in security and different fighting styles and disciplines, together this gives you the best knowledge to help yourself should you be faced with an attacker or in a situation you need to get out of.

Zero Option Self Defence
This course is a follow on from our normal Self Defence Sessions. This course is designed to give you extra knowledge and skills to be able to help you when there are no other options available to help keep you safe in a situation.

This course is a physical course that shows what to do when the initial self defence has not worked.
*Attendees must have attended a basic self defence session at S&G before
